NOC Sri Lanka’s Auditorium (Hemasiri Fernando Auditorium), can be used for multiple purposes, is housed on the third floor of the Sri Lanka Olympic House located at 100/9F, Independence Avenue, Colombo 7. Theatre style auditorium’s seating capacity is 120 and it can be used for the purposes of meetings, conferences, academic events and award ceremonies. The Auditorium’s interior architectural finishing with modern style and fully air-conditioned. The auditorium has a separate reception and refreshment area on the same floor with two sets of sofas.

Pricing

    ' A refundable deposit of LKR 10,000.00 should be paid with every booking.

    ' An additional charge of LKR 1,500 will be levied if reservations are made on weekends or holidays.

    ' A levy of LKR. 1,000 will be charged for reservations after office hours.

    ' 50% of advance payment on confirmation of the reservation and the balance have to be paid before the event.

    ' Refundable deposit LKR. 10,000 should be placed with the NOC Sri Lanka to meet in lieu of any damages or if the reservation cancelled without adequate notice.

    ' Cheques to be drawn in favour of the “National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka” and Crossed “A/C Payee Only”

Terms and Conditions

    ' The auditorium will be provided first come-first serve basis; however, the priority will always be for NOC Sri Lanka’s programmes.

    ' Application should be made in the prescribed form below.

    ' Payments should be made to the NOC Sri Lanka office prior to the event.

    ' NOC Sri Lanka has the right to reject or cancel any reservation without any reason.

    ' Entry to the operator’s area is strictly prohibited.

    ' Usage of external multimedia facility is restricted. Only NOC Sri Lanka’s fixed LED system can be used.

    ' Wi-Fi facility is available; however, the NOC Sri Lanka is not in a position to set up for personal computers.

    ' Foods and beverages are strictly prohibited to take inside the auditorium.

    ' Snacks are permitted serve and have only in the refreshment area.

    ' Refreshments shall not be provided by the NOC Sri Lanka.

    ' No permission to use the refreshment area for lunches or dinners. You may arrange it with the ‘Fortune Boat’ restaurant adjacent to NOC Sri Lanka’s main office. But it is a separate management and its contact number is +94-11-436-8866.

    ' The applicant should personally present during the function and be responsible for any violation of the rules, conditions and misconducts by any of your invitees.

    ' Furniture or any other arrangement of the auditorium cannot be changed without prior approval of the NOC Sri Lanka.

    ' No advertisements or posters could be displayed, without prior approval of the NOC Sri Lanka.

    ' You must ensure all arrangements are in-order prior to the function such as head table, display, mics and sounds, toilet and water facilities, etc.

    ' Applicant will be liable for any damage caused to the auditorium or NOC Sri Lanka’s properties during the event

    ' NOC Sri Lanka is not responsible for the participants’ belongings.

    ' Vehicle parking is limited.

    ' Auditorium can be booked for maximum duration of one month at a time.

    ' Member National Federations can be given concession on the approval of the Executive Committee of the NOC Sri Lanka.
