CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: IOC Diploma in Sports Physical Therapies
Updated Date: 19th November, 2025
The Olympic Values Programme of Olympic Solidarity is happy to announce the availability of 10 scholarships for this year’s intake of the
IOC Diploma in Sports Physical Therapies, developed and delivered by Sportsoracle (in English only).
This is a two-year Diploma aimed at providing students with detailed knowledge of the scientific underpinning of the practice of sports physical therapies, as well as to promote understanding of current best practice in sports physical therapies.
Students enrolling for this program will normally be in possession of a degree in Physical Therapy (Physiotherapy) or Athletic Training from a recognised University and will be eligible for professional registration in countries where such registration is recognised.
Students will be invited to attend optional online meetings, which will give them the opportunity to discuss issues arising from the lectures, reading material or other sources with the Program Directors and/or members of the Academic Advisory Board.
The Olympic Solidarity scholarship for this training covers tuition fees. Any other costs (such as internet connection, printing of course material, etc.) will need to be covered by the candidate or by your NOC.
Please note that candidates receiving the scholarship are required to submit all assignments requested by the training organizer.
NOCs shall apply for the scholarships by submitting the dedicated application form under the Olympic Values Training programme, available through RELAY by 1 September 2026.
IMPORTANT:
'
The application on Relay does not count as an enrolment application to the course provider. The candidate must apply directly to the training organiser for enrolment in the course.
'
To complete the Relay scholarship application, the NOC will need to upload a copy of the confirmation email the candidate received from the course provider after submitting the application. Proof of admission is not required.
'
Delayed applications will not be considered.
'
Candidates must notify Sportsoracle of their intent to seek Olympic Solidarity support.
