Team Sri Lanka

Do you know a young person with a passion to solve local problems through grassroots sport-based initiatives?
This four-year programme aims to empower young people aged 20 to 28 to leverage the power of sport to make a positive difference in their communities. Young Leaders are supported through a capacity-building curriculum and yearly seed funding to kick-start, sustain and scale their projects.
The process for selecting the IOC Young Leaders 2025-2028 consists of two phases.
Phase 1: Registration for the 4-week Learning Sprint is open from 25 September to 21 October 2024. The Sprint will run from 22 October and to 12 November, and participants must complete all tasks to proceed to Phase 2.
Phase 2: The application process for the IOC Young Leaders programme will open from 18 November to 16 December 2024.
We encourage you to share this exciting opportunity with your youth communities and help them take the first step to making a difference through sport!
