Call for Application for the Post of CDM for the 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain 2025

The NOC Sri Lanka wishes to inform you that the deadline to receive Applications for the under-mentioned Games festival. Accordingly, suitable applicants who meet the following attributes / criteria for the post of Chef de Mission may send their application to the NOC Sri Lanka before the date given below.
The 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain - 22nd to 31st October 2025
Deadline to submit the applications - 12 February 2025
Requirements:
1. EB members, Senior Exco members, ExCo members & committee members, Olympic Sport NF officials, other NF members and professionals in other organizations also can apply for the position.
2. Applicants should have at least served in the capacity as Chef de Mission and or Deputy Chef de Mission in a major Game (i.e. SAG / Youth Olympics / Commonwealth Youth Games, etc)
3. Applicants who have distinguished track record at the NOC SL and who has contributed towards the Olympic Movement
4. Applicants should have completed the Sport Administration Course and/or the Advanced Sports Management Course conducted by the NOC
5. The applicant should be able to spend a considerable time period at the NOC office on pre-games, during the games, and post-games preparations to ensure Games Organising Committee requirements are met
6. Good track record in the National Federation/ Association
7. Outgoing personality with good communication skills
8. Team player with a good record at the NOC Sri Lanka
9. Computer Literacy is a must
10. Fluency in English language
11. Knowing the host country language will be beneficial
